I deliver complex projects. Fifteen years in construction, now software. I lead a team of AI agents under rules I wrote, and every project below shows its real status.

Office PDF tools choke on heavy drawing sets. I led the build of a desktop viewer and editor made for them, offline. It ships a local MCP server, so a user’s own AI assistant can read and mark PDFs with no network.

Each skill has to pass a gate: a project you can open, a client signature or a certificate you can check. The one still open says so.
A story is done when I approve it in writing. Not when an agent says so.

Fifteen years of projects that had to work.
Open any job for the full record of what I did there.
Before software, I managed a USD 40M+ portfolio of NYCHA, Amtrak, MBTA and SCA programs in New York. One subcontract grew from USD 800K to 12M through written change control. At the same contractor I was Product Owner of an Odoo 16 ERP across 25+ modules, closed with formal client sign-off.
Before that, I founded an engineering firm and ran it for six years, with up to 30 engineers. That is where I learned to write things down and flag risk early. It still works.
I am a mechanical engineer, not a software engineer, and I say so up front. I also advise construction companies on AI adoption.

I direct AI coding agents through a process I designed: tests written with each story, a test gate and a go or no-go before every release, and a Definition of Done I approve.
Led the build of PB Manage, now in use on site by a construction client in the Caribbean. Drawings, RFIs, submittals and transmittals left Excel, email and Drive.
Led planobase.co, the firm’s bilingual site and management panel, in production with technical SEO and conversion tracking.
Took Stamppa from concept to signed releases for macOS and Windows, with a local MCP server inside.
Coordinate a team of 6 to 10 people, designers and renderers included: roadmap, stories, backlog, QA and releases.
Ran multisite submetering deployments for electricity, water and gas, from scope to handoff to Operations.
Streamlined the installation workflow and cut its cycle time.
Worked with product and engineering on hardware deployment, platform setup and data go-live.
Designed and prototyped an internal operations tool for the whole delivery lifecycle, with role-based access and audit logs.
2022 to 2025SD IndustriesSenior Project Manager, Odoo ERP Product Owner
Brooklyn, New York · remote and on site
Product Owner for the external Odoo team: user stories, backlog, sprints and reviews, and steering meetings with the owner.
Led a custom Odoo 16 ERP across 25+ modules, from estimating to accounting, with one trail from estimate to invoice. Closed with formal sign-off and a user manual.
Managed a USD 40M+ portfolio for NYCHA, Amtrak, MBTA and SCA programs: scope, schedule, risk, change orders, budget and subcontractors.
Grew a NYCHA subcontract from USD 800K to 12M. I documented new scope as change orders and proposed technical solutions the client adopted.
Turned site workflows into forms and controls: RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily logs, Schedule of Values, QC and safety.
Led the feasibility study for a fabrication plant in Conroe, Texas, with USD 4M in machinery.
Wrote the AI Specification Guide, which sets the scope and expected behavior of the ERP’s built-in AI.
Trained 40+ staff across the company.
2019 to 2022XMC CaribbeanProject Manager, Senior Mechanical Designer
Miami and the Caribbean
Managed mechanical packages for hotels, resorts and airports in the Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman, Turks and Caicos and Dominica, USD 12M+ combined.
One of them was L.F. Wade International Airport in Bermuda.
Restructured the design department and ran Scrum with the pool design team: dailies, planning and review.
2017 to 2018Peralta Estructuras MetálicasEngineering and Design Manager
Bogotá, Colombia
Led engineering and design for the Atrio Tower package: scope, drawings, fabrication schedule and changes.
Won a public tender of COP 3,350 million, about USD 0.8M, for miscellaneous steel, grilles and ventilation elements. It is on public record in SECOP.
2013 to 2019ISOEFounder and Project Manager
Bogotá, Colombia
Founded and ran an engineering firm for power, water treatment and industrial projects for private clients.
Delivered a 9.5 MW gas cogeneration plant.
Managed scope, budgets, schedules and engineering teams of up to 30.
